Pick Up

EV Stealth Solutions welcomes pick ups from our Australian wide distribution and approved installer network. Please call the office on 0459 367 794 to arrange.

Shipping

All current orders are dispatched next business day via our local courier network. Even if we are low on stock, we can generally have the products door to door within 7 business days. During peak, promotional periods there can be delays on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders we receive.

Currently delivery times are between 2-10 days.

We are happy to ship to a separately nominated address outside our fitting partners. If your order is shipped to and signed for, on your behalf, at a different business address, EV Stealth Solutions will not accept responsibility for any parcel that is lost or damaged.

Payments

To ensure that your credit card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information

Returns

We do not accept returns, all sales final.
