BYD Atto 2 Towbar - Under Development

The EV Stealth BYD Atto 2 towbar is currently under design and development. The towbar will be certified to match the maximum towing capacity for the vehicle.

We will design and certified the towbar to the following specs;

  • Max Unbraked/Braked Towing Capacity – 750kgs

  • Max Ball Weight – 75-100 kgs

This will be the first towbar to be made available in Australia for the BYD Atto 2. Available July 2026.

EV Stealth BYD1 ATTO3 towbar features:

  • Australian designed and engineered to meet stringent national SAE J684 towing safety standards and ADR compliance

  • No bumper cut-out, or bumper removal

  • No knee banging or shin busting given the removable ball mount and tow components. Hitch sits flush and permanently under the bumper

  • Lifetime Warranty

  • Designed to complement the aerodynamic contours and underbody airflow of vehicle

  • Manufacturer using recycled steel and coated with high impact powder coat for durability

  • Includes : Australian Universal ECU wiring harness and 7-pin flat plug, fixed 50mm square hitch receiver, removable ball mount, 50mm tow ball, shackles, and lockable/removable pin.

  • Excludes: Installation, however we can connect you to one of our approved network of installers around Australia
