The EV Stealth Telsa Model Y (Juniper) and Tesla Model YL towbar is designed and engineered to comply with strict Australian standards. The towbar is completed concealed (“Stealth”) behind the factory hatch.

The towbar is designed to match the maximum towing capacity for the vehicle (Check your variant for maximums). See following specs for EV Stealth Telsa Model Y & Model YL Towbar;

  • Max Braked/Unbraked Towing Capacity –1600kgs/750kg

  • Max Ball Weight –160kgs

  • Class 4 Fixed 50mm hitch, removable 50mm tongue & ball

  • plug 7 pin wiring harness, anti-rattle bolt, D-shackles

  • Sleek matt black powder coat finish

We can assist with arranging an installation with our network of approved installers and partners all around Australia and New Zealand.

Note the major differences between our EV Stealth Model Y / Model YL towbar compared to the Tesla factory version are:

  • EV Stealth does not disable autopilot

  • EV Stealth has a heavier rated ball weight (160kg)

  • Comes with removeable 50mm tongue & ball (worth $150-200)
